Condolences

Condolences left for Michael Eugene Allerton

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Mike and I were best friends when we were in Lincoln, Nebraska. Before either of us were married we use to run around together all the time. We went to First Assembly of God and I remember the night I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the church. Mike was up kneeling on the piano receiving the baptism and I was sitting on the back pew. When I saw him receive it I knew I wanted it and I went down and was filled. Today I pastor a church. First Assembly of God in Greenwood, Ar and have been here for 19 years. I am married to Tricia and we have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Kathy you are the only one I really knew and I pray God's peace to be with you knowing that someday we will all be together again when Jesus comes. God Bless you John Miller

Dear Kathy and family, We were so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. I haven't known how to get ahold of you but will try a card to the address I found on the interent and hope it arrives. We are praying for you all and thinking of you lots. Would really like to be here Saturday but it's our granddaughter's 5th birthday down by Omaha and we'd promised her we'd come to her party at noon. I'm torn which to do. We have lots of fond memories of your being in McCook for us! I'll get in touch with you before long if we don't see you Saturday. Love, Connie and Bob
