Agnes Eva Kurth

Agnes Eva (Vlasin) Kurth, 92, formerly of Culbertson NE passed away June 11, 2011 in Sierra Vista AZ.
She was born September 28, 1918 in rural Hayes County NE to Joseph John Vlasin and Rosa Marie (Kucera) Vlasin and married Charley Roy Kurth, August 28, 1946 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hayes County, Nebraska.
Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her great grandsons and go to their soccer, baseball, and basketball games. She also enjoyed growing flowers and doing word search puzzle books.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Rosa Vlasin, her husband Charley Roy Kurth, sister Velma Schuman and husband Maurice, and brothers Edward, Ladik and George Vlasin.
She is survived by sister Gertrude Lankas, brother Joseph Vlasin and wife Doris, sister in- law Betty Vlasin, her daughter Nancy and husband Danny Ackerson, son Lonnie Kurth, granddaughter Tina Ackerson and great-grandsons Logan and Blake Ryan.
Rosary will be Friday, June 17, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Carpenter-Breland Funeral Home with Father Lorenz officiating. Burial will be at the Culbertson Cemetery in Culbertson NE.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
