Allen Thomas Dold, age 60, died Monday, April 19, 2010 at McCook Community Hospital.
He was born in McCook to Manford H. and Irene E. (Timbrel) Dold on March 25, 1950. He graduated from Hayes Center High School in 1969. He attended the University of Nebraska School of Technical Agriculture in Curtis and earned an Associate in Mechanics.
He married Teresa "Teri" Jolene Voycheske on September 5, 1976 in Chadron. To this union two children were born, Dustin and Kaylia.
He attended the Nazarene Church in McCook, he was a member of the McCook Elks Lodge and the Pawnee Free Trappers. He enjoyed hunting, cooking BBQ, gardening, bead work, camping and fishing and most of all spending time with family.
He worked for the Nebraska Dept of Roads for over 25 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Chloe.
He is survived by his wife, Teri; son, Dustin Dold and wife, Stacie; daughter, Kaylia M. Dold; brother, Howard Dold and wife, Patricia all of McCook; mother-in-law, Neva Voycheske of North Platte; family and a host of friends.
Memorials were to be given in his name.
Memorial services were Monday, April 26, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Nazarene Church, 801 west 1st, with Pastor Emmanuel Reinbold officiating.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
