Biography
Beverly Jean North, died Sunday (August 27, 2006) at Premier Estates Senior Living in North Platte, after a long battle with cancer. She was 69.
She was born March 13, 1937 to Lillian Maxine (Nelson) May at Alexis, Illinois. She graduated from Yates City (Illinois) High School in 1956.
She was married for 31 years to David North. To this union, six children were born, Cindy, Debbie, Theresa, Sandy, Vicki and Kevin. She worked part time as a librarian for a short time. She was a homemaker and mother, and enjoyed animals, flowers, and drawing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Theresa Ann Wilson.
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Forbes and husband, Joe of Platteville, Wisconsin, Debbie Wild and husband, Todd of Hampstead, North Carolina, Sandy North of Elkorn, Wisconsin, and Vicki North of Barneveld, Wisconsin; son, Kevin North of Osawatomie, Kansas; brother, Ira May of Austin, Texas; sisters, Carroll Lea Beloit of Canton, Illinois, Charlotte (Taylor) Ackerman of Peoria, Illinois; seven grandchildren and
five great-grandchildren.

Private family Graveside services will be Thursday, August 31, 2006, at Memorial Park Cemetery at 9:30 a.m. with Pastor Eddie Wright officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
