Brad Lee Curran of Hayes Center died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at Great Plains Regional Center in North Platte. He was 44 years old.
Brad was born on February 26, 1964 in Imperial, Nebraska to Donald Duane and Carole Kay (Leffler) Curran. He graduated from Hayes Center High School in 1982.
After graduation, Brad started farming north of Hayes Center and was farming at the time of his death. He loved his cattle and his Border Collie dogs. In his free time, he liked to hunt and spend time with his family.
Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, Don and Helen Leffler and paternal grandparents, Elva and John Curran.
Survivors include his father Don Curran of Hayes Center; his mother Carole Curran of Hayes Center; two brothers, Dale Curran and wife, Sherry, of Holbrook and Jeremy Curran and wife, Jo, of Hayes Center; two sisters, Cherri and husband, Steve Broz and Janeen and husband, Bob Rosno all of Hayes Center; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Memorials were to be given in his name.
Memorial services were Wednesday, May 14, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at Carpenter Breland Chapel in McCook with Jerry Beckenhauer officiating. Inurnment will be in the Hayes Center Cemetery.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home of McCook was in charge of the arrangements.
