Brett L. Fraker died Monday, February 14, 2005 in McCook. He was 23 years old.
Brett was born on October 11, 1981, at Oberlin, Kansas to Mark L. and Pam R. (Myers) Fraker. In 1995,he moved with his mom to McCook. He graduated from McCook High School in 2000 where he was a wrestler.
After graduation, he worked for Hixon Construction. Brett loved his family, all kinds of animals, riding horses and roping.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Loren and Hazel Myers; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Survivors include his parents, Pam Fraker of McCook and Mark Fraker and wife, Cathy, of Oberlin; fiancé©, Lindsey Dame of McCook; three sisters, Melissa Fraker and fiancé©, Kristopher Mathews, of Omaha, Kristie and husband, Adam Cunningham, of McCook, and Darcie Zuck and special friend, Gregg Dempewolf, of Culbertson; grandparents, Robert and Marion Fraker of Oberlin, KS; four nieces and one nephew, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
Memorials may be given in his name.
Funeral service were Friday, February 18, 2005, at Carpenter Breland Chapel with Mike Roth officiating. Burial took place in Memorial Park Cemetery.
