Charollette Louise Matson

Charollette Louise Matson, age 66, passed away on Wednesday October 20, 2010 at Community Hospital in McCook.
She was born November 10, 1943 to Donald and Mildred (Carfield) Decker in Curtis, Nebraska. She attended McCook Public Schools.
Charollette married Raymond J. Matson, Sr. on November 15, 1961 in McCook.
She was a member of the Eagles Club. Charollette enjoyed fishing, camping, playing cards, board games, bingo and collecting porcelain dolls. She especially liked taking care of her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Mildred Carfield; husband, Raymond Matson, Sr; and sister, Wilma Jane Hayden.
She is survived by her children, Raymond Matson, Jr. and wife, Karen, Laura Gidcumb and husband, Allen, Max Matson, Tim Matson; sister, Alice Norman and husband, Dion; grandchildren, Rod, Ryan, Cassie, Dawn, John, Amanda, Krista, Weston, Marissa, and step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Brionna, Nicolas and Jade.
Memorials may be given in her name to the charity of one's choice.
Graveside services will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 11:00 a.m. with Jerry Beckenhauer officiating.
