Biography
Donald Lee Thompson, age 62, died February 4, 2005 in Joplin, Missouri.
He graduated from McCook High School in 1960 and McCook Junior College in 1962, University of Northern Colorado, and business executive programs of Cornell University, University of Montana, and the Harvard Business School Business.
A memorial service will be held at the Saint Paul's United Methodist Church in Joplin, Missouri on Sunday, February 13 at 3:00 P.M.
An educational fund has been set up at the Southwestern Missouri Bank in Joplin for teenage children Bridgett and Brett Thompson. A brother Greg Thompson is a McCook resident.
