Henry J Moline

Henry J. Moline, age 64, of McCook, NE passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 at Community Hospital in McCook.

Henry was born in Lincoln, NE on June 11,1958 to his mother Tyra Moline.

Henry was a father to his sons Jamie and John, and his daughter Stephanie. Henry was a devoted husband to his wife Wanda Moline which were united in marriage on June 30, 2018.

Cooking was Henry’s passion. He loved trying new recipes, experimenting with different kinds of food, and bringing people together with his cooking. His favorite place he worked at was Hearthstone Nursing Home, where he was also a CNA, and Aladdin at York College.

Henry enjoyed the outdoors by fishing and growing roses in his flower garden. He was competitive while playing golf and games. He listened to old music and watching old westerns and was a fan of WWE wrestling.  Henry was also a member of The Catholic Faith.

He is preceded in death by his mother Tyra Moline, late wife Willa Moline; brother, Tracy Moline; sister Rose Hicks, great grandson, Preston Jackson.

People left to celebrate his life are his wife, Wanda Moline of McCook, NE; sons Jamie (Amanda Williams) Diessner of York, NE, John Diessner of Lincoln, NE; daughter Stephanie (Robby) Cunningham of York, NE, granddaughter Keisha Diessner; sister Diana (John) Ketchmark of Lincoln, NE; brother Steve McCoy of Shakopee, MN; ten grandkids and one great-granddaughter Paeton Lackey; Also survived by step children Susan (Juan) Rima-Vazquez of McCook, NE and John (Karen) Rima of McCook, NE and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested in Henry’s name in care of Carpenter Breland Funeral Home to be designated at a later date.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with services to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook, NE.
