Juanita Jane Fisher died Saturday, March 15, 2008 at her home in McCook. She was 50 years old.
Juanita was born on January 8, 1958 in Germany to Loren Eugene and Deloris Jane (Alexander) Morrow while her father was there in the military. She graduated from Central High School in Salina, Kansas in 1975. She continued her education at Salina Area Vocational Tech School earning a certificate in Janitorial Services.
On September 5, 1987, she married James Michael Fisher at the Curtis Park. They made there home in McCook where Juanita was a homemaker.
Juanita loved to garden, play hand-held computer games and collect frogs.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Loren and Deloris Morrow; two infant twin sisters; and her maternal grandparents, Virgil and Juanita Alexander and paternal grandparents, James and Alice Morrow.
Survivors include her husband, James Fisher of McCook; two sons, Jeremy Jackson and fiancé, Lisa, of Lincoln and James Jackson and fiancé, Carolyn, of Omaha; one sister, Rita and husband, Bryan Wiegert, of Gretna; four brothers, Virgal Morrow and wife, Angela, of Valley Falls, KS, Loren Morrow and wife, Marla, James Morrow and Billy Morrow all of Salina, KS; and four grandchildren.
Memorials were to be given in her name.
Memorial services were held March 17, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Carpenter Breland Chapel with her brother, Virgal Morrow, officiating.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home of McCook was in charge of the arrangements.
