June Marie (Zlomke) Eschliman, 66, died Wednesday (Jan. 7, 2004) at Community Hospital of McCook.
She was born July 10, 1937, to Ralph and Evelyn (Quick) Zlomke at Omaha. She attended school in St. Paul and Central City, and later received her GED in McCook.
On March 31, 1953, she married Roger Eschliman at Sioux City, Iowa. To this union seven children were born.
She was employed by the Community Hospital in the 1970s and managed the office for the family business until she became ill.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Indianola and Eastern Star in Bartley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bill Zlomke; step-father, Harold Rice; and son-in-law, Bill White.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Eschliman of McCook; her children, Randy Eschliman and wife, Carman of McCook, Rick Eschliman and wife, Theresa of Indianola, Rodney Eschliman of McCook, Kay Lynn White of Mayock, N.C., Kathy Corder of McCook, Kimberly and husband, Glen Tietz of McCook and Rex Eschliman and wife, Jennifer of Tulsa Okla.; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Paula and husband, Jim Carmen, of North Platte.
Funeral Service were Saturday, at Carpenter Breland Chapel with the Rev. Clark Bates officiating. Burial took place in the Indianola Cemetery.
Memorials may be given in her name.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home of McCook was in charge of the arrangements.
