Kenneth "Ken" S. Fisher

Kenneth Shannon Fisher, age 54, of McCook, Ne passed away unexpectedly at this home in McCook on September 9, 2016.
Ken was born March 3, 1962 in Reedsburg, WI to parents Kenneth Albert and Wilma Jane (Bennett) Fisher. He was one of four siblings.
Ken worked in construction, specializing in concrete work. He was an avid hunter and a member of the Methodist faith.
Ken was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fisher.
He is survived by his mother, Wilma Fisher of Reedsburg; his two sisters, Becky (Dave) Knull of Reedsburg and Linda (Rich) Carpenter of Oxford, NE; and his brother, Rob (Tina) Fisher of McCook.
The family has selected cremation. They will gather to honor Ken’s life on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his brother Rob’s home, 1207 Douglas Street, Imperial, NE from 11AM to 3PM (Mountain Time). Friends are encouraged to come and go during those hours, stopping by to share their favorite memories of Ken.
A Memorial Service will also be held in Reedsburg on October 8, 2016. Time and location will be announced at a later time.
Memorial contributions are being accepted in Ken’s name and are designated to the Donor’s choice.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
