Margaret C. Shapiro

Margaret C. Theis Shapiro, age 93, of Trenton, NE passed away Saturday, March 21, 2020 at her home in El Dorado Manor, Trenton.

Margaret was born October 10, 1926 to parents George W. and Christina (McRae) Boyce in Kensington, New South Wales, Australia. Margaret attended school in England where she also graduated high school.

On December 23, 1943, Margaret married George W. Theis in England.  The couple became parents to three children:  Karl, Grant and Deidre.  Margaret later married Irving Shapiro on December 26, 1977 in Santa Monica, CA.

Over the years, Margaret was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Elks Lodge and the Presbyterian Faith.  She enjoyed traveling the world.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; and two grandchildren.

Those left to celebrate her life include her children, Karl Theis of Torrance, CA, Grant Theis of Southport, Queensland, Australia and Deidre Blakely of Inglewood, CA.

A private scattering of cremains will take place in the Pacific Ocean at a later date.
