Biography
Norma G. (Richter) Pennington, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away April 6, 2007 at the age of 70. Formerly of Omaha, she resided in Crestview, FL.
Norma was born November 12, 1936, in Hayes Center, NE. She graduated from McCook High School in 1954.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Clarence and Hazel (Hayward) Richter.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Pennington of Crestview, FL; sisters, Twila (Dean) Brown of San Diego, CA and Verda Wegener of McCook; daughters, Paula (Mark) Kaestner of Weatherford, TX, Ramonda (Kerry) Naylor of Omaha and Cassandra (Fred) Gregory of LaVista; sons, Christopher of Summerlin, NV and Anthony (Jessica) Richter of Omaha; stepsons, Larry Jr. of Poway, CA and Bobby Pennington of Arlington, TX; stepdaughters, Renee (Ralph) Schwarz of Nashua, NH and Tina (David) Condon of Saginaw, TX. Norma was grandmother to 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 12, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home, McCook, NE, with Pastor John Strecker-Baseler officiating. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Carpenter Breland Funeral Home was entrusted with all arrangements.
