Patricia Elaine Gourley

Patricia Elaine Gourley, age 66, of McCook, NE passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020 at her home in McCook.

Patricia was born January 14, 1954 in Denver, CO to parents Pete and Grace (Keen) Plum.  She was one of five siblings.  Patricia attended school Colorado, graduating from Cherry Creek High School in 1972.  She then went on to further her education at McCook Community College in McCook and Mid Plains Community College in North Platte, NE where she obtained her RN Degree.

On May 3, 1980, Patricia married Gordon Gourley in Commerce City, CO.  They raised four children together.

Outside of her nursing career, Patricia enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, painting, sketching, working on cars and playing board games and spending time with her grandchildren.  She also volunteered at the local domestic abuse center.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gordon Gourley in 1997; her twin sister, Pam Berkey; and her brother, Johnny Plum.

Those left to celebrate her life include her children, Joseph Gourley of McCook, Jennifer (Darren) Burns of McCook, Elizabeth (Chad) Gaver of Valentine, NE and Rebecca Titman of Brush, CO; two sisters, Penny Bitterman of Alvin, TX and Polly (John) Evans Edgewater, CO; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at the later date.
