Robert Lee Nation, Jr. passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 near Pueblo, Colorado as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was 36 years old.
Robert was born on February 22, 1977 at Evansville, Indiana to Robert Lee Nation, Sr. and Phyllis Jean Schaffer. He attended school at New Harmony, Indiana and later received his GED.
He was united in marriage to Holly Anne Mohler on December 25, 2006 at Phoenix, Arizona. They made their home in McCook where Robert worked in construction.
Robert was a member of the Riverside Baptist Church (North Platte) where he was baptized in November of 2009. His hobbies included hunting and fishing, boating, and camping with his family. He was also an avid collector of John Deere tractors.
Preceding him in death were his son, Thomas Lee Nation; his father, Robert Nation, Sr.; and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Holly Nation of McCook; children, Robert Nation, III, Brittanie Nation and Ariana Nation all of McCook and Ryan Nation and Karlie Nation both of Phoenix, AZ; mother, Phyllis and husband, Clint Lawson, of Washington; brothers, Brandon Nation of McCook and Christopher Nation of Phoenix; mother-in-law, Lisa Thomas of McCook; father-in-law, Mitch Mohler of Flagstaff, AZ; brother-in-law, Timothy Mohler of McCook; aunts, Peggy and husband, Daniel Bruner, of Booneville, IN and Wendy Valiquette of Phoenix; and uncle, Denny Schaffer and wife, Angie, of Mt. Vernon, IN.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, March 19, 2013, 2:00 P.M. at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home with Pastor Dwane Johnson officiating. A private family inurnment will be held at a later time.
