Sandra "Sue" S. Rosander

Sandra Sue Rosander, age 69, of Indianola, NE passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Great Plains Health in North Platte, NE.

Sue was born May 4, 1952 in Tahlequah, OK to parents Perry William and Lexa Ruth (Shipman) Keith.  She was one of five children.  Sue graduated from West High School in Denver, CO with the Class of 1970.  She went on to attend college before beginning her career with the Jefferson County Sherriff’s Office in Lakewood, CO.  Sue retired following a twenty year career as a sherriff.

Sue married Jeff Rosander on April 1, 1980 in Lakewood.  The couple moved to Indianola in 2011.  Sue was an avid shopper.  She enjoyed cooking, collecting Precious Moments figurines, and reading.  She was a member of the Cherokee Indian Tribe as well as the Baptist Faith.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Peggy Bergen; brother, Gene Keith; and her niece, Rhonda Keith.

Those left to celebrate her life include her husband, Jeff Rosander of Indianola; brothers, Randy Keith of Indianola and Eddie (Shirley) Keith of Adair, OK; and her numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
