Sheila Lynn Wondercheck

Sheila Lynn Wondercheck of North Platte, originally of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte. She was 37 years old.

Sheila was born on April 9, 1977 in Norton, Kansas to parents, Paul Wondercheck and Gail Jean (Persinger). She graduated from McCook High School in 1995 and attended McCook Community College for a short time.

Sheila’s hobbies included camping, fishing, and cooking. She loved animals and flowers. She treasured the time spent with family especially all of her nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her father, Paul Wondercheck, and her grandparents.

Survivors include her parents, Harlan and Gail Williams of Trenton; siblings, Ken Williams and wife, Andrea, of Omaha, Amie and husband, Randy Chumbley, of Grimes, IA, Dona and husband, Jeff Bruns, of Wellfleet, and Misti and husband, Creighton Perkins, of Omaha; grandmother, Bonnie Leake, of Cheyenne, WY; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and a host of family and friends.

Memorials may be given in her name.

Memorial services will be Saturday, December 6, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at McCook Christian Church with Pastor Clark Bates officiating. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
