Timothy W. Brown

Timothy Wayne Brown, age 57 passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at Community Hospital of McCook.

Timothy was born September 3, 1958 to Anton W. Brown and Mary L. Eby in Atwood, KS.

On July 1, 1976 he married Teresa Ridpath in Oberlin, KS. To this union three children were born.

Timothy was a past member of the McCook Eagles Club. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time at the lake. He was a member of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include his significant other, Jen Carpenter and her son, Jarrett Hitt both of McCook; daughters, Kristi (Anthony) Manley of Wauneta, NE and Tori Brown of Cambridge, NE; brothers, Tony Brown of Imperial, NE, Andy (Carol) Brown of Champion, NE, and Mike (Bonnie) Brown of McCook; sisters, Rose (Bruce) Eskew of Buffalo, KS, Lori (John) Todd of Littleton, CO, and Karen (Dean) Van Vleet of Larned, KS; six grandchildren, Kaylee, Jorden, Sean, Chloe, Bree and Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Teresa; son, Anthony Brown; and nephews, Alan Wagner and Terry Steier.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 2-7:30 p.m. at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home with Rosary to follow at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home with Father Gary Brethour officiating. Burial will follow in St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Indianola.

Memorials may be given in his name.
